Meetings
There are 2 possibilities for attendance at Club meetings: Monday Lunchtime and Thursday evenings.
Monday Lunchtime Meetings
The Club meets normally on Mondays (except Public Holidays) at the Europa Hotel, Belfast (map) 12.45pm for 1.00pm
We are always delighted to welcome guests from the world of Rotary at the weekly luncheon, which is a self service buffet.
There is general business and, normally, a speaker who is allocated a 15 minute slot; dress is business/smart casual. Occasionally there is a ‘my job’ speaker from the Club or a business meeting. There is an annual ‘table’ competition when for a short period members are allocated to fixed tables with prizes for the table with the best attendance record during the review period.

Thursday Evening Meetings
It is now also possible to attend an evening meeting on Thursday nights in the Radisson Hotel, Gas Works Complex, Ormeau Road, Belfast (map) at 6.00pm.
The meeting format is informal and commences at 6pm with coffee/tea and aims to finish at 7pm. There is adjoining parking and no charge for attending the meeting.
This new development in Club attendance provides an opportunity for an in-house make up and is designed to boost attendance and encourage all members to learn and participate in club activities.
The Thursday evening meeting will be used by Service Chairs to hold Committee Meetings and discussion forums, or planning meetings on how best to implement club activities. The Club Council may also meet at this time and make their deliberations open to club members to facilitate a more transparent decision making process within the club.
It is a great opportunity for members to sit in on discussion meetings and contribute to the development of the club. We would encourage all members and particularly new members to attend on a regular basis.
Our Club Diary gives details of forthcoming events.
